Perennial self

In these images, I asked myself the question who am I among the daily routines? How the consumerism affect me? I manipulated the photographs in Photoshop to reduce them to a sketch then I painted them digitally to show my personal view upon daily habits and the conflicting worlds that are inside me: the rational one that says I should live more simply and the emotional one that is surrounded by noise and consumables: the desire. How to unite these, if this would be possible?
